  • A refund of the most recent quarterly advisory fee if clients are not happy with our service for any reason
  • A fixed flat-dollar fee locked in for three years
  • Phone calls returned by the end of the business day
  • Meeting minutes delivered within 24 hours
  • Email replies within 24 hours
  • Quarterly analytics and documentation delivered electronically 2 weeks before committee session
  • Onsite fiduciary committee sessions
  • Train and promote globally accepted fiduciary standards of excellence
  • Act in an investment fiduciary capacity
  • Ongoing guidance on streamlining HR time spent on plan administrative tasks
